  1. Just a quick note about the lights at Silbury House:
I moved in in 2005 and noticed pretty quick that the timer for the lights was faulty, meaning the lights were on all the time.
I reported it, had no word back. It was again reported in 2006 and 2007, at which time I did finally get a letter back from the technical repairs team (Jim Lynch at the time) stating that the timer was faulty (yes, I know, that's what I'm reporting, doh!). We were given a time frame of 3 weeks for complete repair.
It's now 2010, guess what? The lights are still not fixed. The timer is still faulty, but our blocks' communal lights were completely OFF for 7 months. This was due to the faulty timer not being repaired and the lighting system failing as a result of being left on continuously for 6 years (or more).

Now all the residents of Silbury House await their lights to be switched on again (some are on, but not all, and the those that are on are on all the time). We will of course be billed for the major repair undertaken due to this neglect.

    ABSOLUTE DISCRACE

  2. Matt, amazingly, you HAVE found a way to post a pdf to blogger. Or at least you have the image of one, but if you want it to be A4 sized for people to print out, you could make the image into a link or add a link underneath. First of all, upload the file to Google Docs using your Google account name...after uploading the pdf you get the 'Share' code to stick into a link on your post...
